We produce an assortment of foods. Please refer to “todays menu” for our daily menu.
Sandwiches – Assorted tasty sandwiches made from a variety of our in-store baked breads, cold cuts, cheeses, spreads and greens. We prepare your sandwich right on the spot based on your choice of bread, meat, cheese, greens and condiments.
Wraps - An assortment of colourful wraps with a variety of fillings including meat and vegetarian.
Souvlaki (Chicken or Pork) – Tender chunks of chicken breast or pork on skewers seasoned and marimated with Melitsa’s special spices and seasonings and barbequed to perfection. Served as a combo with pita bread, with our own tzatziki sauce and Greek Salad.
Mousaka – A favourite Greek dish which consists of layers of eggplant, zucchini, potatoes and ground meat mixture topped with a layer of béchamel sauce and grated cheese.
Pastitsio – Another Greek dish which consists of layers of pasta and ground meat mixture topped with a layer of béchamel sauce and grated cheese.
Fasolada – A Greek “stew” of white giant beans, carrots, onions, celery, parsley, tomatoes and olive oil. This is sometimes called the “national food of the Greeks”, vegetarian, filling and very healthy.
Cypriot Keftedes – A ground meat mixture and fresh herbs, spices and deep fried. Great with pasta or salad.
Stuffed Peppers – Bell Peppers filled with a mixture or meat, rice, tomatoes and herbs and baked in the oven.
Dolmades (Vegetarian) – A Greek dish – delicate parcels made from vine (grape) leaves stuffed with rice and fresh seasonings. Dolmades can be served as an appetizer or as an entrée along with a salad and bread.

Lasagna (Meat) – Baked layers of lasagna pasta with sauce, cheeses, meat and spices.

Roast Beef – Beef, oven-roasted until it becomes tender and juicy. Turkey – Oven-roasted turkey that melts in your mouth!
Souvla – Marinated large chunks of lamb, pork or chicken barbequed to perfection. Select the meat you like the most!
Stifado – A soul-satisfying famous Greek stew made from chunks of meat, onions, tomatoes & spices, baked for several hours.
